We review your bill of materials, identify component availability risks, and perform design-for-manufacturability analysis. You receive a detailed feasibility report with recommended design changes and cost estimates.
A small engineering pilot run (typically 10–50 units) to validate the assembly process, identify yield limiters, and produce initial prototype samples for your engineering team to evaluate.
Design Verification Testing using Keysight and Anritsu instruments. BERT, TDECQ, eye diagram, and thermal stress testing. All results are documented in a formal verification report.
Process parameters are locked and optimized for yield. Control charts are established, and a golden sample is produced and archived as the production reference standard.
Full-scale automated mass production with 24/7 operation, real-time SPC monitoring, and automated test coverage. Yield reports and traceability data are provided with each shipment.
Service 02
We handle the entire supply chain — from component procurement and kitting to final test and packaging. You provide the design; we deliver finished, tested modules ready for your customers.


Service 03
Our firmware team programs and validates MSA-compliant EEPROM data, DDM/DOM parameters, and custom vendor-specific fields. We support all standard form factors and management interfaces.
